Part of a final year Contextual Design project. After an extensive brand analysis a series of design requirements were drawn up and a future concept for the brand Le Creuset was then to be developed.

I chose to develop an espresso pot. The traditional multi-faceted design is quite iconic so why not create a new icon in a new style direction for Le Creuset.

The hob top espresso pot looked to new materials and processes allowing an introduction of sculptural forms in a contemporary yet respectful manner.
